Goods may be returned to us within 28 days of order date and must be in a re-saleable condition and in it's origional packaging.
Once we have received goods back into stock we will arrange a refund. Goods that have been used, returned with marks, chips, scratches or used accessories will not be refunded.
When contacting us regarding the return of goods please note our delivery order number within your returned items, failure to do so could delay any refunds due to you.
If you require replacements for your returned goods you will need to place a new order.
Weather seals / gaskets are cut to customers required lengths and as such are non returnable. If you are unsure about which gasket product to select we recommend that you order a sample of the gasket to try first before placing your main order.
Goods that are made to order such as key alike locks or extra keys are non-returnable.
If you have received free of charge postage and packaging, and you retain goods below this value, then the cost paid by us, will be deducted from your refund. If you have received free or discounted items, a refund will be made minus any discounts applied to this order. Premium postage, such as Saturday delivery etc will not be refunded. To receive replacement items you are required to place a new order.
Please can you ensure that existing goods be returned to us as soon as possible by your chosen method.
If you are returning goods to us due to product failure please contact us and we will arrange collection or will confirm that you can dispose of the goods.
We will check the goods back into our administration system and then issue the refund value less any re-stocking and carriage charges that may apply.
